We have a 55" smart tv (Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix, YouTube TV, etc.), portable speaker and plenty of games and puzzles to enjoy during your time here. ✵ DINING ROOM ✵ The dining area is in the open concept main living space with a spacious Schoolhouse Electric table for six—a casual spot for meals and games alike. ✵ KITCHEN ✵ Our fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with all the modern and high-end amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. + Le Creuset Cookware + Crate & Barrel Cups and Plates + French press, Moccamaster coffee pot, and teapot. (coffee and tea are provided) + Ice-maker + Spices, Oils, Salt and Pepper ✵ BEDROOMS (3) ✵ Two bedrooms on the lower level and one bedroom upstairs. Each bed has a Casper mattress, Schoolhouse electric quilts and Brooklinen Duvets. + Primary Bedroom (upstairs): King bed with en suite full bathroom, and a smart TV (Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix, YouTube TV, etc.) + Guest Bedroom 1 (main level): King bed and desk + Guest Bedroom 2 (main level): Twin-over-full bunk bed, with cozy reading nook. ✵ BATHROOMS (2) ✵ Stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion and plenty of fluffy bath and beach towels. + Lower level: Guest bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. + Upper level: Ensuite with a walk-in shower. ✵ OUTDOOR PATIO ✵ Wind barriers to ensure cozy vibes all year round! BBQ on our propane grill or relax with your favorite beverage with a view of Apsens and Pines. Patio seating for 6. Deck is fully enclosed with a gate, so great for guests with kids or a pet. ✵ WASHER AND DRYER ✵ Stacked and stocked with laundry detergent. ✵ CLEANING ✵ It’s important for us to maintain exceptional cleaning standards. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. ✵ THE ART ✵ The cabin is filled with oil paintings created by my Great Grandmother, a very full circle moment to have them in this special space. ✵ RESORT AMENITIES ✵ All resort fees paid by owner. We include these fees in the booking so you do not have to pay any unexpected fees upon arrival. ✵ THINGS TO CONSIDER ✵ + All guests are required to check-in and register at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center. + Our house will accommodate a max of 6 people which includes children and infants. This includes day guests. + We have an open staircase leading to the upstairs primary suite. + No parties or events if you have more than 7 people without clearing it with us, you may be charged our $150 an hour event fee. +Indoor fireplace is currently not functional.
